Information about the coach

With a background in Intensive Care and Anaesthetic Nursing, I moved into Complementary Nutritional Medicine, completing my B. Health Science in Clinical Nutrition. 

After completing my own journey with my own Metabolic Balance® program and noticing the improvements in my own health, I am now helping guide and coach my clients on their own journey to better health. 

I am currently the owner and principal practitioner at Healing Hands Natural Health Centre, offering flexible appointments face to face and via telehealth.
